Q.
|
I'm running a previous version of FullShot. Will the FullShot 9 trial version change the way I have set up
previous versions of FullShot if I install the trial version?
|
|
A.
|
No. FullShot 9 will not change any of your previous FullShot settings. Nor will it
affect any of the previous versions if you use FullShot 1.0, FullShot 2.0,
FullShot 2.0NT, FullShot 3.0a, FullShot 3.0b, FullShot 97, FullShot 99 and
FullShot 6, etc. The only thing you need to know is that you can run only one copy of
the FullShot program at a time because every version of FullShot monitors your
keystrokes and mouse clicks. So be sure to close your current FullShot when you
try FullShot 9. |

Q.
|
How do I compare the Standard Edition,
Professional Edition and Enterprise
Edition if I can run only one copy of FullShot? |
|
A.
|
The trial version contains the code for all three editions. By default, it's set
to the Enterprise Edition mode. Choose the Standard Edition
Trial command or Professional Edition Trial command from the Help
menu to switch to a different edition. When FullShot runs in the standard
edition mode, all of the features available in the professional edition and
enterprise edition will be disabled. Click here to

Q.
|
What's the difference between the trial version and the final product?
|
|
A.
|
The trial version includes all the real features of FullShot. It is the same as
the one released on the CD-ROM. The only difference is that the version on the
Inbit website is compressed and the CD version is not. If you don't have a valid
FullShot license number, it will run in the trial mode. The purchased product will
have features unlocked through the license key provided to you upon purchase. |
|
Q.
|
Can I use the images captured by the trial version in
business publications? |
|
A.
|
No. The trial version is for evaluation purpose only. If you need to use the
images for any purpose other than evaluation or demonstration, you need to
purchase a license. |
|
Q.
|
How long can I try FullShot 9 for free? |
|
A.
|
The trial version is good for 30 days. It will be disabled after 30 days. DO NOT
CHANGE YOUR SYSTEM CLOCK. If you change your system date backwards, the FullShot
trial will expire immediately. |
|
Q.
|
Is there any way to uninstall the trial version when I'm
through with the evaluation? |
|
A.
|
Yes. The FullShot Setup program comes with an uninstall module
that can remove all of the FullShot components. To uninstall FullShot,
simply run the Setup program again and choose the uninstall option. |
|
Q.
|
What's the difference between the Full Version and the
Upgrade Version? |
|
A.
|
The upgrade version requires a previously installed version of FullShot or a
valid license key (also called license number or serial number or registration
number). For those of you who own FullShot 1.0, FullShot 2.0, FullShot 2.0NT,
FullShot 3.0x and FullShot 97, the license number is printed on the label of the
program disk. For the FullShot 99, FullShot 6, 7, and 8 users, the license
number is printed on the back of the CD Jewel case or on inside of the CD
Jacket. If you do not have a license key, and if there is no previously
installed version, you need to purchase the full version to complete the
installation. |
|
Q.
|
How do I make a purchase?
|
|
A.
|
The easiest way to purchase a copy of FullShot is to buy it on the Inbit web site
because the web transaction processor can give you a license key immediately.
You also have a choice to buy a whole package or just buy a license. FullShot 9
comes with a complete online User's Guide
textually identical to
the printed copy. So a license number with a downloaded copy may be all you
need. Our web order is very reliable and all of the credit card transactions are
done on secured servers. Since you get your license key immediately, you don't have to pay
extra to ship your order Overnight or Second Day Air. If you need to make a
